A huge thank you to Trevor Hoskisson for helping my husband to stop smoking via some hypnotherapy. He had been smoking for about 35 years and had tried several times to give up – usually lasted about a week and very bad-tempered!
He was talking about trying again and I suggested he see Trevor having heard about the help he can give to smokers at Tiverton and Exeter 4N.
